As a counsellor, I bring together over five years of experience in aged care with a strong academic foundation, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with focuses in social justice, child welfare, social research, and case management.

As a qualified counsellor, educator, mentor, disability support professional, and aged care specialist, I bring together a unique combination of counselling expertise, educational leadership, and real-world experience supporting people through life’s challenges.

My academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with studies in Social Justice, Child Welfare, Child Protection, Social Research, and Case Management.

Over the course of my career, I have supported children, adolescents, adults, older adults, families, and people living with disability across a variety of professional settings. This includes more than six years working within NSW schools, over four years supporting NDIS participants, leadership experience as a Managing Educator, youth mentoring through The Smith Family’s iTrack Program, and more than five years working within aged care, including specialised dementia support and person-centred care.

My diverse professional background provides me with a broad understanding of the emotional, social, behavioural, and life-stage challenges people face. Having worked across education, disability services, aged care, community support, and leadership roles, I understand how workplace pressures, burnout, workplace bullying, interpersonal conflict, compassion fatigue, stress, and major life transitions can significantly impact mental health and emotional wellbeing.

This experience allows me to provide professional online counselling that is practical, compassionate, and tailored to the realities of everyday life. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, workplace challenges, low confidence, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, disability-related challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, or personal growth goals, I offer a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen emotional wellbeing, develop practical coping strategies, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
